's energy replenishment system, Nio Power, consists of its signature battery swap stations, fast charging stations, home charging piles, and mobile charging vehicles. So, how does the electric vehicle company make this complex system work efficiently?

In an article published Friday, Nio revealed for the first time a service system called the Nio Power Cloud, which it says is the foundation for its intelligent energy service system to work efficiently.

Nio Power Cloud is based on the collaboration of networks, forming a distributed and collaborative network of users and energy nodes.

The intelligence of its data allows energy to flow efficiently through the nodes of the network, while the analysis of users' needs allows the system to adaptively form the optimal power supply solution.

When users initiate a one-click power-up service command on their cell phones, they can reap an easy power-up experience.

This relies on the Nio Power Cloud's access to over 380,000 power-up resources and information including current usage and real-time road conditions.

Using its powerful data computing capability, the system can calculate multiple options and determine the optimal route in about 800 milliseconds based on order instructions, and dispatch service specialists to perform charging and battery swap services in real-time.

Up to now, Nio Power Cloud has completed over 500,000 One-click Power-up services, according to Nio.

For the power-up experience when traveling, Nio Power Cloud also provides intelligent solutions.

When users search for power-up resources, the system will match personalized recommendations based on user profiles, vehicle status, and characteristics of the resources.

When users plan long-distance routes, the system can make intelligent planning based on real-time road condition information, travel time, and vehicle power.

According to Nio, Nio Power Cloud has provided more than 9.8 million personalized power-up recommendations and 4.71 million long-distance route planning solutions.

Nio Power Cloud monitors the status of each battery in real-time.

When users replace the battery, the battery swap station scans the battery case for bump marks through image recognition technology, and withdraws the battery with hidden problems from the circulation system, thus ensuring that the batteries used and replaced by users are healthy.

The system can schedule the battery flow according to the battery's historical working condition and match the most suitable battery for the user to maintain it in a stress-balanced state.

In the process of continuous hardware and software iteration, the cloud will also upgrade the battery swap station to adapt to the charging pile.

By using digital twin technology, Nio Power Cloud can monitor and operate and maintain the battery swap station remotely in real-time to ensure the stable operation of the battery swap station.
