Motors has completed the delivery of the first 100 Xpeng G3 vehicles to Norwegian owners, becoming the first Chinese smart car brand to actually deliver vehicles directly to European customers.

Xpeng said on Monday that the first 100 units of Xpeng's G3 smart pure electric SUV exported to the Norwegian market have been delivered to customers in 28 towns and cities across Norway, allowing delivery destinations as far as the Arctic Circle.

"This week's customer deliveries in Norway represent a key milestone in Xpeng's aspirations to become a truly international smart EV brand," said CEO He Xiaopeng in the company's press release.

The Xpeng G3, the first production version of Xpeng's vehicle released in 2018, is equipped with XPILOT Autonomous Driving System, an L2.5 level autonomous driving assistance system.

The vehicle has 12 ultrasonic radars, three millimeter wave radars, four body cameras and one forward-facing camera to automate parking tasks.

Xpeng G3 is also equipped with Xmart OS in-car intelligence system. It has AI voice assistant, remote App control, whole vehicle OTA upgrade service, intelligent navigation, music and audiobooks and in-car app store.
